My boss said I must be open to learning. She won’t give me projects because I don’t know enough.
Also, I have a mind of my own and refuse to work like a bot. Help me become a better person plz.

unfortunately, a lot of bosses have a very old fashioned, outdated, uniform of working and are very unlikely to be receptive to new thoughts and/or ideas.
i very much doubt you need to come a ‘better person’. perhaps schedule in regular 1-1s with your boss to talk about your progress, and what you want to gain from your job?

She does not have that much time as she handles many projects herself.
Nobody cares about what I want from the job. I am at a junior level. So company only cares about what they want.
