My biggest pet peeve for interviews would have to be being asked about my shortcomings or negatives. I don’t expect anyone to reply with “oh, I procrastinate a lot, or I’m very lazy” 🤦♀️

Sab toh already resume me hai. Redundant question puch ke kya fayda.
And, salary negotiations must be formally taught so that our prospective employers cannot exploit us by paying a lower package.
