My anger issues has been reached to an extreme level. It has been affecting my relationship, my friendship and myself as a person. I’m in a relationship and everything is just fine but sometimes things happen, my anger goes to the top level where I can even scream at him in public. I’m misunderstood everytime in my relationships and yet again things are happening and it’s the same thing. For once I thought the reason must be me that the same things happens again but actually it’s my nature to always care about someone. It’s not just it’s my ex so I’ll talk to him and care about him, I’ll care about anyone and everyone if ik that person. But i end up caring about my ex not because I still love him but because I still care and will always as a human being, as a friend. Maybe I’m always misunderstood and things turns upside down and I’m done of explaining myself, I just can’t do it anymore. I cannot explain one thing thousand times just to prove myself correct. I know I am correct and I don’t need to explain myself to anyone.

Yeah i have same issue but if u truly love someone and he/ she truly loves u too she/ he will didn’t mind and forgives u bcz they love u as what u are and they will neve leave u at any condition. True love never end.

When u want to stay with someone 1st u hv to understand place of u in her/his life. If it’s perfect but u see always fault of ur then u hv to change or hv to control ur anger issues bcz a relationship can be break anytime but keep going and maintain it properly very defecult.

İ have same thinng. My friend family know but at somepoint they got frustrated with my behaviour.see everyone avoid toxic thing. They will tolerate you but at somepoint they dont longer can tolerate your attitude anymore. So you havw to control over your anger. Divert that energy in something else. İt will help

Music therapy helps u positive thinking u hv to divert ur mind when u feel to much angry need some fresh don’t talk to much do some work i do these things otherwise u will feel regret if u do wrong in angry state

First u can’t but u hv to try . Try to reduce 1st then u can stop. Every state of ur mind totally depends on u how u will treat it if u really want to.

You know i m same like you i onlu opened to mom butwhen she died three back i became more furuous with everyone then came my mom sister and again i lost her also 1month back. But i know one thing we dont have to expect or wait to for some one priority for us. Being alive with happiness os our priority
