Most envy/ jealousy or Taang Kheechna (as we call it in hindi) comes from our own insecurities.
A person who isn’t scared of loosing his own hair hair won’t comment on someone’s bald spot and same goes with Fat shaming.
I have struggled a lot due to fat shaming my entire childhood. But now when I look back, it was partly my fault for taking it in bad way when someone called me fat or moti. It’s okay I’m fat you are thin someone else is average built. It’s my body description and learnt to own the title in positive way. People will throw comments at you no matter how good or bad you act, it’s your choice ultimately how you wanna get influenced. My life motto now is staying healthy not fat or thinner. “Drishti badloge tabhi toh Srishti badlegi” ☺

Always practice a sport which you are naturally good at. My luckily was boxing. Anytime anyone fat shames me, I say “ek mukka kha ke dekh le”.
Not in sports… But I do like walking… So in bad mood I brisk walk a lot.

Taang kheechna means making fun of someone and not jealousy

Yes, most of the time things we comment on during taang kheechna session comes from internal insecurities.
