Yea thanks. Clear communication is the key here. It's just that people expect their partners to understand without saying, which sometimes happens as well. But most of the time, needs to be communicated.

Man nhi krta life is so hard so harsh i don't know why I'm thinking too much that not  positive side it so harsh today 

Addiction

Don't know how are my days going, but mentally exhausted and I don't think I'm able to share my emotions to another or how'll they respond. 

Anxiety

hi guys i need reassurance and help. i  got a haircut, asked for a wolfcut, i look like an 80s old lady  with a mullet. there’s short layers in the back. i don’t know how long it’s gonna take to grow out but when i came home from the hairdressers my sister laughed at me cuz my hair looks stupid. idk what i was thinking idk why i wanted to get it cut idk idk idk. idk what to do i start school in 3 days and i have a botched haircut people at school r gonna laugh

Insecurity

It hurts. It hurts to let go even when everything tells you to get up and leave, because you connected so well with that person, everything was 10/10 chemistry, bonding. And then you wonder if situations would have been different, would it have worked then. But there is no way to know that and it hurts more. 
So you stay even you know it's gonna hurt you bad enough, but you stay to see it to the end because you have loved someone more than yourself and you know that you will never find that same person or the same connection, the chemistry, the way you both understood at some point of life, those plans which you could not excute anymore, so just for the sake of it you cut yourself more to stay and hoping that somehow it's just a phase and it would work out. 
So just like that you kill yourself everyday little by little until it's heavy enough to do it in a swift motion.

I have stretch marks on my thighs and butt. I hate them. I feel so insecure that I’ll never be able to wear any shorts or a swimsuit on the beach. I can’t stop myself from crying when I look at them. I’ll be getting them removed ofc. Just waiting to start earning. I hate this wait. 

Frustration

I just feel as if I am all alone. Really alone. 
It always happens this way, I meet new men and I have all my guards up in the beginning and they are all head over heels till my guards are up.
And as soon as I decide that may be there are chances that I can let them in they vanish and take steps back.
And all questions in respect of self worth, abandonment issues all get surfaced again. 
And I am struck here feeling like shit, acting desperate all over again. 
I am really alone,will I always remain alone ☹️

Lonely

I don't really know if I am depressed or not but a little incident happened I was out with my friends and I just zoned out completely have no idea what really was happening felt really out of the place and burden on them and just kept scrolling on my phone. Then I have random snaps and people think I am rude but I felt like I was finally being comfortable with showing and feeling my emotions completely rather than suppressing them. what should I do was that weird is it not okay to show your emotions?
