Millions of thoughts and emotions going in mind but don’t know how express it.
Even if I know to express I can’t because nobody is going to understand.

Want to shout, cry and express everything going through but can’t because people made joke of the emotions, think it’s a drama if you are crying.

It hurts terribly but can’t do anything because it’s better to battle with your own thoughts rather than made a joke of yourself. It’s a terrible feeling 😔

I understand but it is something which is hard for me to put in words. It feels terrible when the people you think are there to understand you and your feelings, but are not the one who can understand you.

not everyone has been in your situation, thou they want to understand you but without being in the situation themselves, you can noy know what other person is going through, all you can tell them is ’ i am with you in every situation’.

Not everyone there are only some people and what’s more hurting is that they are so related to you that you can’t even let them go because if you let them go you loose yourself because from childhood they are there with you

If you think like this and want to hide your feelings and keep suffering from inside and all because of people then one can never be happy because people can never be like that. It’s the truth. You got to find someone who will hear yoir problems like It’s not a joke and understands them. Those people exists, just got to find them

The more you suppress the more battle you fight with yourself. The more battle you fight more exhausted you become. And exhausted you wouldn’t find a solution to any problem…
Rather free yourself whenever you get a chance. Either journal it down in diary or write over here an interesting incident you’re getting reminded off recently or about your emotions.
Atleast you’ll feel heard. It’s more important than anything 😌🫂❤❤

Yes I try to let it out by writing all the emotions or talking to myself alone in the room sometimes it really help

Why u gonna explain your thoughts your emotions to anyone,they will listen give sympathy or more what would hug you… right??i will suggest you instead be more real,hard…go on walk alone… write down your emotions throw in way, it’s all in past… and a current smile in your face looks more beautiful just talk to moon… ignore wrong person in life,cut them off from your life… remember your parents/family…all they care for you have some sports, gym… just don’t think about yourself your past
