This lockdown and online classes made my sleep schedule terrible. If if I don't sleep in the afternoons, I still cannot sleep early and wake up early. My dad scolded me yesterday and today I tried, I slept late though but I woke up early, and that's only because of my fear...I really wanna sleep early, I tried listening to music and all but it's not working.

My overwhelming anxiety prevents me from getting a consult because its so stressful and exhausting to even think about what could possibly happen. Idk how to manage myself anymore. How do I help myself?

Affirmations

Not feeling so well but I m strong and I will pass through it. Yesterday the love of my life for last 8 years brokeup with me. And u know sad part he don't have gut to say that on my face. Yesterday whole day he pampered me. We had lunch together,we spend quality time. It was all romantic  he loved me then when I step out to go to Home he informed me on call that day before yesterday he got engaged with other girl of his choice. He was looking to get married to her for last one month. He said I do not want to face u such a pitty man he is . Hurting part is we work in same office I have to see him daily I have to work with him daily. I can't leave job during pandemic as I m so broke financially. I stood for him in each difficult condition of his life . I helped him when a girl broke his hurt after having relationship for 4 years. What she did to him he did to me. And I don't knw why I deserve this. He was financially broke he was sitting at home without work I was there to support him he was sick I was there ,I helped him in his bad days. Itrust me I m so innocent and kind hearted gurl. I never did bad to anyone. Even he cheated me once still I gave him chance may be that was my biggest mistake. And he don't have any valid reason to reject me. He willingly marrying this girl of his choice although it is arranged. May be she is so rich and belong to powerful family. May be that is the only reason he want fame and settlement. It's okay although I have to face to him it's okay he don't deserve my kindness my time my love my single tear. Now onwards I m not gonna cry for him. Btw to remove my all anger and frustration I m gonna join karate probably from tomorrow. After that I will open my u tube channel. All love I gave to him all time I gave to him now I m gonna give that same love to me . Afterall I deserve all this . U knw after all this happened since yesterday i not wished anything bad for him may be bcoz I loved him truly n I can't see him in pain. May gid bless him . Let him live happily with her. May god bless that girl too she should not face what I m facing now. And guys plz if u can't give love in return of love plz don't commit anything to that person plz don't go in relationship that too for long years . 8 years is huge period. Someone gave u that time to u plz don't do this to any one. U knw what sadly while writing all this he called me to give me office related task. How the hell he has all the guts. Don't he feels ashamed of himself. May be god saved me from this man. I deserve something better. Any one who is reading this plz suggest me should I look for love once again or should I look for boy to marry so that I can settle my self or should I just adopt a child and share my love with that child. I m 30 although right now I m financially broke but soon I will recover my self from all debt may be by the end of this year my all suffering will end. Kitna kuch likh diya na kya karu koi hai hi nahi jisase kuch kah saku jiske kandhe or sar rakh ke ro saku and we all knows strangers r more supportive than people whom we knw. I m hoping some suggestions so that I can recover my self from this asap. I knw my worth. I knw he left me and it's his loss. One more thing don't tell me to ask help from my family bcoz my all family members hate me and they do not have strong reason it's just I stand for my self and I don't follow conservative decisions made by elders.bahut ziyada hi ramayan ho gaya h now I should stop my self.

Breakup

My anxiety is so bad I mess up with people. either Don't do anything or over do it. uhgh I messed up. I get so anxious and overshare and over talk when I don't need to. I hate it. I am sure people be making fun of me behind my back. Why can't we just stay silent forever.  My mind is mess. I am tired of it.
