It’s like at times you feel low. And you can’t do anything about it.

Maybe you can do something about it have you identified things which makes you feel good in general or better. Are you trying to do those things?
Or maybe you can engage yourself in some task that actually helps when you mind is occupied in something

Yes. I understand these stuffs. I try to keep engaged into something’s. Workout, work on self improvement. But still somedays are just bad.

It’s just this particular moment you miss someone and you want to talk or ping them but you can’t because doing that is even worse

Been there even if you gather all your strength some nights are unbearable, i know and i hope you will eventually find the strength to fight this feeling my friend.
