Losing my Mother to depression… its been nearly 2 years but as time flies its being so hard. I feel Numb and empty. 3/4th of my life my mother was ill. I have seen her in phases, no child deserves to see their mother like that. I’m 23 now lost her at 21. She HANGED herself when no one was at home. This was unexpected, because she didn’t have any of the phases/episodes for the past year before her death. While when I was happy that my mother was getting better she committed suicide. My father has been the best Husband to her and have been supporting her by taking her to the best counsellors and psychiatrists in India. but I feel sometimes nothing works. I found out about this page today and I’m writing here. There is so much in my life which I haven’t shared to anyone. The trauma’s and abuse’s by some family members. I was 6 when it started and I’m 23 now and I feel I cant be any stronger.
