My parents are tired of me being depressed. Everytime something triggers me, I swallow my feelings and hold those tears. I just don't know how to react. They say share with us and once I do, they act like I am acting or it's nothing. Not sharing is a problem. Sharing is a problem. How do I tell them it's not something I chose to be. It comes and goes. I hate myself when for my emotions and behavior. But they aren't helping at all. Why is this so hard to understand that it takes time to heal. It's not magic like one day you wake up and the depression is all gone. I am tired of this sickness. I want to get out of my house but I am so scared to live alone. 

Depression

The most important factor in a relationship is mutual respect. A strong foundation built on trust and love may last long but the walls are kept standing by mutual respect. And what’s a house without walls?

Strange how before a week you can be so special to a person and after the week you are nothing... Worst part is you do nothing to change and you don't know why it changed

Anxiety can seriously mess someone's life up. There are days when it's just too overwhelming and I don't know how to deal with it. Hell, I don't even know what's making me feel so miserable or maybe I do know but I'm too ashamed to admit it as I refuse to accept that I'm  vulnerable. I find myself sitting in a corner getting eaten by my endless thoughts; continuously doubting myself . That feeling keeps suffocating me; I sometimes feel as if there's a huge rock stuck in my chest making it ache. I can hardly breathe and no matter how much I try to fight it, it doesn't go away. Honestly, one of the main reasons why I'm feeling this way is because I have no occupation that can take my mind off. I barely socialize with anyone. I'm too attached to one person that when they do other activities or have other priorities, it makes me sad. And I hate that, I hate it too much cuz I've never been like this; it's making me feel useless and worthless.  I can't take it anymore and I don't know what I should do.

Anxiety

My mom knows I’m trying to shoot a film for my video production class
And then she just invites my brother’s friend’s mom inside for “a couple minutes” which basically means half an hour.
I need everyone to be quiet because in the film I’m the only one in the house but now they won’t shut up ughhhhhh
