LGBTQ people! Where you at ? 

I wanna come out but am not so sure. I am 17 and am GAY.

You should only come out if 'you' feel comfortable ..
Like first your friends, or sibling or maybe parents or any one you know who is not homophobic.
How to know someone is homophobic? Try to (slowly) talk bout lgbt things.. like at first only mentioning here and there to know if they know about it and how they react bout it...
Don't just surprise everyone like "hey I'm gay" 
Everyone react differently and it matters to if they know what's LGBT or not

Why boring and straight ?? 
U could simply wrote straight... 

if your comfortable you can dont push yourself too much i beileve that all sexualities are equal and coming out is your decision.

Coming Out

family is openly homophobic. i came out to my mom 2 years ago and she seemed accepting but she continuously makes homophobic remarks and tells my 12 year old brother that gay people are just going through a phase and non binary people just have to pick a gender. my grandfather (whom i’m very close to) doesn’t know that i’m gay and he refers to members of the lgbtq+ community as “f@gs” and “animals”. he says that “you are whatever’s in between your legs” and says that gay people will go to hell. he try’s to scare my brother by saying “if you don’t want to go to hell, don’t be gay!” they’re trying to convince my 9 year old sister that being gay is a sin and it scares her. she doesn’t know i’m gay. my favorite band is queen and he often refers to freddie mercury as “a flaming f@g” and while i thought it was funny at first i told him he can’t say that and he said “what? just like (n-word)?!”  i don’t know what to do and i feel overwhelmed. 

Family

I've been feeling depressed for the past few months and randomly break down crying. I'm a closeted pan. My family absolutely detests the whole LGBTQ community plus they are very religious too. Knowing I can't come out to them frustrates me to the point that I feel like my heart's getting ripped apart.

Lonely

ok so where do I start
I am a 18 year old gay (lesbian actually but I prefer gay). So far I have only 'come out' (I hate that word) to a few people and all of them are friends. I am proud of who I am and I'm pretty happy where I'm at but it hurts to think of what my parents will do once they find out. Everytime I try to bring up topics regarding the queer community, they just shut me down. It's come to a point where I don't even bother talking to them anymore.  Do I just tell them and get it over with?

Also my parents have been fighting over since lockdown for financial issues,dad haven't been working since lockdown.
I don't know what to do I'm still studying my btech 3rd year. I have nobody to talk to about anything.
Tbh i don't have any friends at all

Depression

Soo I'm a girl
And I'm bisexual🏳️‍🌈 but I'm more inclined towards girls and also I think I'm gender fluid 
But I'm too afraid to come out to my traditional Indian parents
Like day before yesterday on of my cousins told his parents that he's gay his parents accepted it happily but my parents were talking so bad about him." That this all is nonsense and the parents should get him married to a girl and they should come back to India ( they live in UK) and that they should not accept him as gay now they'll have no respect in society and society will not accept them and stuff..my mom even called her mom and told her stuff and his mom clearly didn't care she was like "we don't care if indian society doesn't accept us, we're well accepted here., And also we're not even thinking of coming back to India ever and we're proud of our son that he trusts us enough to tell us and open up to us. We support him. and if you wanna talk about this matter ever please don't call!."
Now I have no confidence to tell my parents who have been talking about my marriage recently
Idk if they'll accept me or force me to marry a guy


i need some help!

i currently identify as female, but i think i might be non-binary. and i was talking with my therapist today, and she said that it might be a coping mechanism to deal with my trauma. 

so to my trans folks, do you know how i can figure out if this is gender dysphoria or a coping mechanism? 

Misunderstanding

Life is unfair.
 I'm not straight and that makes my life horrible. I was raise in a family where no appreciation and acceptance is being imposed. I thought it is easy to rely to your older sibling especially I have a big family. I've never told to my parents that I was bullied during my childhood. They don't know I suffered a lot emotionally and physically. My classmates sometimes they punch me and always kept my things where I couldn't find it. Everyday is a disaster for me. I never told this to my parents because my father is not good as your father. So since I am gay. My father always wishes me to be gone.  He always said I'm a disgrace to our family. Even I havent wrong doings he always smock me. These emotional problems turns to hatred. I went to school without his help because he doesn't want me to go to school because he knew that I will never graduate. Until my high-school days., I still receive criticism because I am a gay.  I don't speak up to anyone until I am comfortable to be alone always. Being a loner is not easy I feel heavy in my heart. My problems are burden to me until now. 😥😥.......... Huhuhu😭😭😭  actually I graduated last year but then I feel I'm still useless. I can't find work here in province because of what they called backer. It is really hard to find a job es2 this pandemic.
