Dear Almighty love u a lot and thank u for everything.. U gave me everything.. I never expected that much support from family relatives and friends Thank you for that i just want ask am I really bipolar why me.. I don't want to take tablets please save me n there is sth else that u know I just prayed for that i never knew I will feel heartbroken n thank u for sending angel to get over it.. But God I really loved  can u just bring the earlier self of that person back Please please please😭😭😭😭😭😭

Don't worry yaa , you are not alone with bipolar , many are there's , just have faith on God and take medicine daily .. It will take time and heal you .

I am using this app for the first time. I dont know, what to expect but still I wanted to have a  place where I would feel seen, somewhat. 
So basically in short, I diagnosed myself with bipolar. I am aware about it, has mostly been but I did not know that there was such condition or term. I love and adore genuine and raw friendships but as far as I remember, it was hard for me to find like minded people. At this point, I am about to graduate. Life is taking another phase but I am scared. Scared about what ifs. I know I have nothing to lose and so much to gain but this knot inside me, has not loosen yet. Please have your suggestions, opinions or anything.

Does anyone here have Bipolar Depression? I think I may have it but I am unsure.

Depression

I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder but I am too scared of starting treatment, I have an eating disorder too and I am scared of putting on weight because of lithium, my partner is not supportive because he thinks that mental disorders are not a « real thing » and that treatment will only screw me up, I am confused, my relationship puts me through so much pressure I want to leave, but I am scared it is just my disorder that’s pushing me to leave, everything feels so draining 

i remember the first time i thought about hurting myself, it was in late december in the car, i got so scared and so sad way too quick. in that one moment i thought of smashing my head into something and hurting myself further more blah blah blah. i was always the person to say "id never hurt myself, i wouldnt even think of it" and there i was. everything before then and now has just been downhill. i was also the person to say "therapy is stupid i dont believe in it", and recently, i want to go to therapy. im not so familiar with all the therapy stuff like where to go or what type of therapist, its a lot to take in. im also worried by the fact of asking my mum and her boyf for me to see a therapist, i see the way they treat people that are lgbtq+ or are depressed and thats taken away my comfort. i dont know wether im depressed or anything, like its hard to tell if ive felt it or not or to know exactly what it feels but itd just be nice to know. i can never tell my emotions apart and that makes me sad/angry alone. im glad that so far i havent hurt myself or done any damage to my body but im scared for me saying "i wouldnt hurt myself" switch up. if that makes sense.

Confusion

I hate having bipolar disorder. I hate when I feel happy one minute, but not even 10 minutes later, I feel like shit; maybe it's the no sleep.

Hie , i NEED a therapist but i don't know how to say it to my parents.  My mom will only reply with "talk to me " . I am almost 18 but an Indian having No freedom to go out without informing and giving details....any way to help ?
