par na the thing is ki indian families mei hum log khulke itna nhi bol skte ki dard ho rha hai..abhi bhi pads bhai aur papa se chupaane padte hain :(

kyunki starting se hee, i mean when i started my period, I used to hide pads from my brother and my father..kayi baar toh mom and di se bhii..
toh abhi bhi aadat si ho rkhi hai chupaane kii..

Exactly even my mom n sister used to hide pads , when I if I accidentally find out it they be like : wapis rkh use 🥲

I am experiencing a really bad stomach ache rightt now! Uffff

U have hot water bag or electricaal  pad ??if yes u should put it over your lower abdomn it will reduce your pain

I don't have too much knowledge about it but I just want to share my opinion. 
That u r such a strong person who endures this much pain and still not giving up from periods to birth woman's life is so pain ful n I can't even imagine how can u live with this pain I just want to say u r awesome like seriously hats off ❤❤🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️
