Let's face it, developed countries like the US and China and all are extremely unfair, politically biased, and have dominant selfish interests that have the potential to ruin the entire world. 

True, let's face them. We can't allow anyone to ruin others. We should never be biased or unfair. Be fair. 

but these know how to develop their countries and bring people out of poverty. Every nation has some faults

Few months ago i stopped talking to a friend of mine. I never texted thinking they don’t wanna be in touch with me. And well there was no contact from that side too. Lately  i have been missing them. We weren’t that close but i miss whatever there was. I wanna get in touch with them but I don’t how to. What to say? After so much time. Cause it is gonna be hella awkwarddd!! And I’m also not sure if they want to even talk to me. I don’t what to do. Should i connect with him or not. Any advice would be usefull!

I literally don't even know at which state am I!?My bestfrnd proposed me two years back and I took some time and said him what's haunting so much to accept him. It's nothing but my family expectations over me which didn't want to spoil as my family is against love marriages. But somehow he gave me some sort of strength and confidence that we both could convince our families. But this 2years I loved him so much but I couldn't express as I was frightened that he could completely be depressed if I don't exist in his life. I used to be normal jus so normal as if we didn't even present in a relationship but fortunately I hurted him with this all. And at the same point there's a girl who approached him so he started sharing her how he felt...how lonely he was everything. That girl proposed him nd he accepted her atleast she could live happily as he felt I wasn't accepting him completely. I don't want to loose him so firstly I spoke to my family and they accepted my decision. But he's in guilt feeling as he said ok to her proposal but he still loves me and even she knows it.
And now he says he can't decide as he feels regret towards her but he don't want to loose me.
So he decided to build his career and stop thinking and taking decisions on this situation.
What about me?
What should I do now?
He's ok with his decision but what about me I really love him so much . I'm not able to focus upon anything I don't know my answer is whether a yes for relation or a no. If my family get to know about this I will be a fool infront of them. All I wanted to do is shout louder.... I never been this emotional over a person.

I have an eating disorder and I remember when I had lost a ton of weight and I was 62 pounds at 13 and this week I lost 14 but I gained weight ( 2 pounds )back and now I hate myself and I want to hurt myself so bad. I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to end it.

I get hurt by my friends words very easily...i always try to forget about the bad things they say but i couldn't..i don't have many friends so i don't want to lose them..sometimes it makes me angry and annoyed..but i didn't want to hurt their sentiments by saying more hurtful things to them..how do i stop affecting myself from hurtful things they say?
