Distraction is not wanting to stay there for long and i am back to overthinking again 😅
gonna give you simple example
if i will say to you " hey don’t think about any particular thing" you are gonna thing about it more time than usual…so its better to let your thoughts flow and instead of questioning why you are feeling certain things start questioning what you are feeling…in that way your thoughts won’t stuck into your mind forever…once you know what your emotions really are… things will get more Clear for you
Oh I am feeling all those emotions of love which I don’t think am getting back. Shitty feeling when it is one sided. Beautiful too but still shitty.
