Can somebody tell me how to reduce my anxiety? I'm really tensed! Just got an anxiety attack 

Mental Illness

My mother is such a b, she is very poisonous.  She expects me to be like her a b  and since I am not a b she doesn't like me for that on the other hand my sister is a b so she likes her. I don't get thus about low iq women...why do they think they are superior like seriously you have low iq so shut the f up your mouth. I hate her sooo much. She thinks she is 12th pass and the perfect person. But all is she is a bumb narcissistic b! Hope I get out of her soon! And remove her controlling narcissistic b behavior from my life.

Anger Issues

I feel the anger on someone who almost loved me and left with no accountability. Just like that. pff!!. Gone. Am I just timepass or she had feelings too but couldn't put them out. I never knew the reasons. I am just angry because I could have been a whole different man altogether today. But I am coping up, realising vulnerability is not that good in real life. But at the same time what to do..I am empathetic.

Cheating

Why is that people often leave you behind when its hard for you to even utter a word
But when its them you always stand for them n make sure they are fine?
I always look out for my family friends 
I see ,understand, fight, listen,care for them 
But when its my time they are just mute!!
Or else is it all my thinking.
Sometimes I pretend to be stone hearted so that I don’t have to hurt more when it’s my turn
But then I feel guilty about that too

My friend and I recently decided to take our friendship further and give the possibility of building a relationship a shot. I do not think he was as keen as me about turning this into a serious relationship but he idea was to maybe test the waters. The both of us stay in different cities and tend to need our own space. How do we work things out in such a situation? How much is too clingy? How do I make him feel valued and special without making things too overbearing? How do we as friends kickstart a long distance relationship?
