Just been through this excerpt from a podcast. This is majorly in Hindi language🙃 Most of the things are relatable and this gives a holistic approach to fight and overcome depression and suicidal thoughts with professional help.

Brief summary
The issues related to depression and suicidal thoughts can be solved by using any(if working on a single area solves it and is sufficient) or a combination of the below:

1) Diet of an individual. This can be discussed with a nutritionist so that an individual’s diet has all necessary nutrients (The video has reference to Ayurveda which may or may not suit everyone, doesn’t suit my body mechanism).

2) Getting in touch with or speaking your heart out to family/friends (those who truly care) or a professional Psychologist.

3) Getting in touch with a Psychiatrist if it’s due to chemical imbalance (when certain chemical aren’t released in the body in required limits).
