I’ve been strictly prohibited to eat junk or sugary items but I can’t control it… I don’t like food without having dessert or sweet…it’s not that i do it purposely but it happens…

Eating it not a problem, too much of it is, in fact anything too much is bad. Just lower it a bit and include some physical exercise in your routine. It’s scientifically proven to elevate your happy hormones and health also 😁

I don’t eat too much but I need to first burn the calories in me…
Also I’m exercising but the results are very slowww

Do a calorie deficit diet, it worked for me(lost 7kg in 45 days)
But be sure that u take some vitamins and specially for hair cause sudden diet might shock our body and it causes hair loss.

I want to do that but I don’t have no one to guide me correctly… I mean I don’t actually know what to be done in that… N internet is too confusing soo can you tell me what you did… Like you workout, yoga etc??

I jogged cause I liked that feeling and still do. But that’s just me if u r doing calorie deficit diet then yoga also works cause its good to burn calories.
There are apps like ‘my fitness pal’ that helped me keeping a track of my calorie intake . Drink water 25mins after having food (chew properly 32 time or try to chew more than normal) .
