I’ve been smoking cigarettes and ganja for a long time now. Always wanted to quit but never really buckled uo for it. Recently this lockdown gave me a head start. And now I kinda understand why haven’t I been able to quit for all this time.
All the anger, frustration, pain, guilt everything comes rushing in all at once. The question I ask myself is simple. Is all of this worth it. Why should i go thorough all this suffering, what am I gonna achieve. The answer is never a YES.

Do workouts , yoga , meditation or any other activities which you find interesting. Whenever you feel like lighting a cigarette eat some fruits, vegetables or else chewing gums. Try to keep calm and control your mind .

Drugs are the gateway to peace(happiness). Drugs and intimate relationships are almost alike. Peace is our intrinsic nature and isn’t bound to the external world. That’s why NDE is said to be so peaceful.

Drugs, for a while, subdue the low-vibration energy we carry around.
We do not actively seek to let out that low-vibration energy. We try to escape it up with our goals, entertainment, achievements, food, drugs, and relationships.

It’s a common misunderstanding that drugs make you feel blissful, peaceful, and happy. The peace is always there in us. Only temporarily removing the low vibration energy from our view makes us notice the ever-present peace.

Now, the following are two advanced topics, and understanding them brings you out of the clutches of drugs:
1/ Experiencing is Resistance. Consequently, Resistance is Experiencing.
2/ What you resist persists.
When drugs subdue the nerve receptors, which stop detecting our negative feelings, we stop experiencing them. Because we assume that it’s not there, we stop resisting the sense of its presence. Thus, we do not experience it. It’s a feedback loop. So we only experience high vibration energies like love, laughter, bliss, and peace.

Now, one can get high without using drugs if they understand this. If one stops resisting each feeling and thought, we stop experiencing its essence.
For example, we laugh, and we love. We don’t resist it, so it flows through us. When the moment passes, we start missing it. Because we are addicted to experiencing experience itself. Now, this creates a loop of the feeling of lack, and we start resisting that feeling. (Lack = Deficit of Love/Peace)
This resistance causes us to experience more of it. It’s a cosmic joke once you understand it.

Suffering is necessary till you realize it isn’t. Suffering is caused by the sense of separation of who you truly are. Solve that illusion and the suffering falls away of its own.
