I’ve been living with anxiety since i can think of. I always feel anxious, overthink every stupid thing and ofen panic or have mental breakdowns. The worst part is that i know i am just overreacting but i can’t stop it.

Especially school makes me feel like this. I feel soo anxious about exams or assignments i have to do, thats why i keep procrastcinating until i have no time left to do them and i panic even more. The pressure is really strong on me.

I feel so lonely and i have nobody to talk to about my demons i have to fight every single day. There is really nobody that cares enough. Everyday i feel so down and depressed it’s been like this for years and it’s getting worse each day. I genuenly don’t feel happyness anymore and i am suffering in silence. I don’t want to kms but i don’t want to live either. But i can’t live like this anymore and i want to end my pain.

I can surely understand this feeling…have been going through the same thing…its suffocating yaar…the terrible part is our problems like this always seem very childish or minute 2 others but I knw its a deal…try some breathing exercises like box breathing whenever you get an attack…it has helped me

Firstly you are not overreacting. It is okay love,
Maybe you could try out a plan? or work through it? I don’t have major anxiety but I have them too like I have studied and prepared for examination only to make stupid mistakes due to anxiety on the D-day and also I am a huge procrastinator. You are really strong ❤️ It will get better I promise.
