Iβve been feeling super depressed lately. I have my finals in a week and havenβt been getting around studying for it cuz I donβt have the energy to. I have also been having alot of suicidal thoughts lately but havenβt really done anything to myself but am afraid I might.

OK, take a deep breath, in and out through your nose. In and hold for 1, 2, 3 then out and hold for 1, 2, 3. If youβre panicking try some grounding techniques, like the 5 senses (5 things you can see, 4 thing you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste) or count backwards from 100 by 7βs. If you feel alone try talking to your family, calling a friend or a helpline in your country, if you feel suicidal, thatβs what those services are for; protecting you. I know exactly how you feel, but it does get better, even just in patches. God is watching over you, and I believe in you and your strength to get through this. Iβll be here for you :) I hope your finals go well, but your mental health is way more important, OK? You are so much more important than your grades. Itβll be alright. Sending you virtual hugs!
