It’s so hard to focus on one thing without thinking about other things that are going on in our lives. It is so tough that now I cannot even cry without someone noticing me.

Then maybe cry for a while. Don’t hold back your tears. Lock yourself in your room and cry until your heart feels lighter. You’ll feel so much better and will be able to look at your problems differently.
