It’s okay to have any type of thoughts, don’t try to stop it. To believe that what thoughts say about Reality is absolutely true, is the error . Identifying yourself with the thought is an error. As you disidentify with thoughts, then out if negligence they lose the power over you.

The tree doesn’t say that it is a tree. Do not believe that your thoughts give the true description of reality. It’s just explaining what we observe but it’s not the true understanding.
Thoughts are necessary for us humans as they are the creative expressions to interact with the physical world. Look beneath the thoughts which is forever silent. Our mind is 98% silent and only the 2% is active at any time. We are just hypnotized by the 2%. We are beyond that.

Investigate if your thoughts arise on behalf of the ego or in service for the investigation of Truth. Follow and work on the Thoughts which lead to celebration and understanding of love, joy and peace. Stop your relationship with the thoughts arising in behalf of your temporary finite personal self (ego). Your intention to only act on impersonal thoughts will keep you safe.
