We are getting into the virtual life more and more
We are the generation of overthinkers…we are afraid of judgement, avoid conflict and arguments, avoid ongoing communication so, therefore, social platforms becomes more convenient and easy. We vent to strangers then close app. Then we have no stress of the consequences… so, yes it is helping in a short run. Affective band aid type of solution for most ppl I guess.

It’s sad guys!! We are not building a healthy culture around us where people will grow and communicate freely and where there will be less judgment on one another but more compassion,empathy,understanding towards others!! We are definitely not doing great as a species…are we?
