Its been more than year now that my ex left me and got married now he is keep coming in my home because he is my sis friend as well but when we last time talk i clearly said to him don’t come to my home and have any contact with anyone but he still doing that when I m not in home and this thing making me angry now and I might take bad step like telling his wife and my family about us which we never told anyone and I might make worst step but I want to stop him at some point and this is only option im thinking,last time I warn him but I can’t think clearly now but feeling so angry
Tell your sister about it first. Let her stop inviting him at your home.
Nobody invites him he come because we have family relations and that really bad now for me now I already warn him last time but now I seriously can’t keep my self calm
I really cant help you girl in this case. I dont wanna end up giving you a wrong suggestion. I hope you understand. I can tell you this though, get a punching bag or a pillow, and whenever uoure angry just release it on that pillow. It has helped me a lot with my anger towards one person .

I’m afraid you are angry because you haven’t moved on but your ex has moved on. Talk to your sister then the 3 of you should have discussions together if he is doing it intentionally then warn him you’ll inform his wife and don’t spoil this for his wife she’ll be devasted.
