It’s been almost a week since I smoked a cigarette. I decided to quit smoking and started working out and switch to a proper diet. But right now I’ve two cigarettes in front of me and I’m trying so hard not to smoke. IT IS SO HARD TO CONTROL MYSELF! I just hope I don’t smoke them. Help.

Bro This happened with me too. I quit and after few days i start again. This kept happening until my cousin lost his life in a car accident. He was drunk. it’s been 2 months and i haven’t touched any cig or alcohol.

Hey I used to smoke too so I know it’s not easy to “just stop” but hang in there it gets easier with time I promise n in the end it will be worth it

Buy nicotex or nicotine I don’t know what is it exactly called and don’t smoke ever again. Have you seen that mukesh ka ad which they show before playing a movie if you don’t stop smoking then you will end up like mukesh

The best way to control a addiction is to find healthy one. Find something you love doing. A healthy habbit. And everytime you feel like smoking do that. It can be anything. And until you dont find a helmet hobby, you can watch a movie or something.
The key principle is to distract yourself from what you are addicted to.
And a sport is a really good choice in this matter.
