It’s been a year I have lost myself I’m tired of everything, nothing gives me happiness the reason behind my happiness took it all away. I have just became a person who doesn’t like anything. I have no cravings left for food, I don’t enjoy going out feels like not even leaving my room, rains makes me sad and tears roll down. I used to be very cheerful, enthusiastic, extrovert person. Since last year I hardly meet my friends or went out with anyone. I rarely talk to people. I have my career in front of me, I wanna give my best to it, but I feel mentally and physically drained. I can’t even find a coping mechanism, I tried few things but they didn’t even work. I feel it’s too late now for taking therapies, even I can’t say to my parents that I need therapy they are typical Indian thinkers. I really try to pretend that I’m all good and happy but that ain’t the truth. There’s no motivation left in me.
