It seems like my life is useless. I don’t know what i am doing but i am feeling that i am lonely and useless…I chose to study the course i am interested against my parents will and i am not doing good in studies. My parents are scolding me because of my performance in studies and i badly want to told them that their behavior is affecting me so much that is making me think i am worthless. And sometimes i am having suicidal thoughts. I know i am disappointing them but i am really tired of myself. I am feeling bad for them for having me as their daughter. I am tired of not trying.

You don’t need to feel this way I mean it’s okay to not perform sometimes. And it’s still okay if you chose a course and you’re not doing well in it. We all make decisions and it’s okay if we make some errors in that. Your life is never worthless. There’s so much you can still try and do. And as far as studies is concerned getting better is no big deal. You can get better whenever you want to. What course are you persuing? I might be able to help you.

Im 26 years old so i kinda felt the same stuff around 20 so i think i know how to solve your problem
These are some cold hard facts so if i sound rude its fine
Sorry to say but u are pessimistic try work that out
U said ur life is useless , so is everybody else’s ( it is a fact that 90 % of things we do dont matter in life )
U said u are not doing good in studies that is because your r not happy about it or u r anxious while studying
Maintain balance between happiness and productivity that would help
And just directly ask your mom and dad if they r disappointed in you , don’t just assume stuff
So you’re having suicidal thoughts , do u really think it would help you or ur parents
So in summary just chill ur overthinking stuff and u being pessimistic doesnt help either
( And im almost a doctor so i think i have some crediblity as i have studied medical psychology) Hope this helps u ✌️

Sometime parents do not understand their words are so adversely affecting childs mental health. To share with them your feelings is not a bad idea. Go ahead with it. Daughter is daughter it is not an investment to be liked only if scoring good, just like you do not like your parents only if they buy you all comforts. So throw this out of mind that ‘I am feeling bad for them for having me as their daughter’. They are just doing what there parents did with them scolding and using negative motivation which they think are doing for your good.
