Hii something has happened btw my cousin sister and me and we have got into some situations, where i confessed my sexual feelings and she moved differently with me, later i misbehaved with her becz of behaviour but now I'm feeling sad for that i did everyone knows about this my mom sis and her sister, everyone accepted that im not that kind of person and cured me im in right path right now , 
But im feeling afraid to talk to my cousin sister, thinking if i talk to her i may again go into depression like i faced previously, I suffered for one and half years.
She is trying to talk to me but im not able to talk, 
Im  confused am i lost lovable sister or god removed them from my life.
When she is around im feeling suffocated and unknown fear ,crying, how i changed thinking about her,
Im confused whether to talk to her or not, r they feeling sad if i not talking to them.

My dad had a heart attack today (he is in the hospital now and should recover fine) and my anxiety is through the roof so much so that I am having symptoms similar to that of an attack. Trying to sleep. Anyone gone through something similar? How did you deal with it?
