is there any advice on how to not snap and get mad whenever u’re hurt because it’s a bit . sad and frustrating about how i lash out whenever i feel hurt. it’s as if i’m trying to show that i’m hurt and yet i’m also hurting the other person.

a part of me whenever i do would always react; “it’s fine. it’s fine they’ve hurt u too. you’ve always been the bigger person. it’s fine. u can be angry this time.”
while a part of me wants it to Stop. i don’t want to continue because it’s tiring. but then i always let it be and lash out :')

It’s so sad that you’re having such a hard time today. Fortunately, even though the pain you’re suffering today feels unique to you, it actually isn’t-

“What has been is what will be,
And what has been done will be done again;
There is nothing new under the sun.” -Ecclesiastes 1:9

This means that if others in similar or even worse conditions found the help they needed to take control of their lives so can you. Question is, what are you willing to give up to become the very best version of yourself?
