Is there a way to get over anxiety and panic attack without the meds? My family is not open about mental health. It’s already affecting my daily life since i get panic attack everytime i go out alone. I cant last more than 20mins out on my own. I really hate the feeling when im having an episode. The surge of unreasonable fear, chasing my breath, like im having a heart attack and dying. Please share your knowledge. I badly need it 😒

I can feel you… trying talking to your friends on call when you are alone and going out… you’ll have an assurance that you are not alone. Also take a deep breath and try to relax… this is how i’m coping right now…hope this helps

Yes there is, which is sweating.
Go to cycling or running in the early morning untill you sweat heavily.
After everything you eat is absorbed in initial stage of cycling then real game begins when you sweat in empty stomach in OUTDOOR OPEN ENVIRONMENT then natural healing chemicals released by body and brain which cures anxiety and depression .
