It’s okay buddy I understand that it’s hard to move on from past but belive me to get over from past you should start be with someone else. Not get into the relationship but atleast try to be with someone for atleast 3month if u feel this is not getting better then try someone else. After a while you won’t even notice when u get moved on from your past

It’s ok to date as you r doing this to move one…you can’t control the past you have but you can control your future by making present better
