Is it okay to leave your job ? Especially when it has become disrespectful and torturing to an extent that you only do it for the sake of maintaining the finance.

See if you can find another job before you switch or leave job…if you can carry without a job, its okay…leave it…meanwhile try to speak to people and share discomfort of whatever you are not confortable in office.

Feels like it’s not working here and things will remain same.
The only loss right now is monetary and I do not know how to deal with it.

If they are asking you to stay, pls stay. I am not discouraging you, sometimes our emotions over powers everything. Find a job first and then you can move out. Rest you decide.

We all go through this phase and are you sure your next job will be proactive when you join just to feel this same situation asking you to again take the same step? For the sake of financial aid?
Leave the Job only if you are unhappy working and not under pressure of situational based swings.
Take a deep breath every time there is a disagreement and work for what you’re paid for, Challenge yourself to vibe with gratitude and integrity you keep, money flows where hardwork sweats 🥰
I do not have any offer in hand.
I dropped my resignation today.
The company is pushing me to stay back but I know things will not change.
I will lose big on monetary benefits.
And this is a 6 months loop of insults and a culture issue at office
