Is it ok to feel unimportant or left out when your partner feels like they need to have their solo friends night, or some time off from you? How to take this maturely and not feel bad or envious about it

Obviously. Look, he/she can’t spent 24/7 on you. They need sometime for themselves and for their friends. If you want them to be with you all the time they’ll eventually loose interest in you.

All you have to do is distance yourself a bit. Because if he doesn’t value you, you should value yourself.
