I don't why always bad things happening with me.. having no hobbies.... having no friends.. living life alone.... sometimes I feel jealous of others who go out for tour  with their friends but I can't coz of no friends...my routine is just mobile and college and then home and same repeated🙃...!!!!

I realized how much jealousy I have like i hate it so much it also ruins alot of things too like I had a bsf he was a boy and then he started being friends with a girl whose she is also my friend but not really close one at first I really didnt care at all but then they started getting so close to eachother and both of them kept talking abt the other in priv with me especially him he started sending me vidoes of her telling she is so funny and blah blah it really kinda broke my heart like I was full of jealousy and annoyed from her. I became really dry with him and he got mad and blocked me:(

I'm working in a MNC company. Sometimes when my co worker gets more recognition I feel bad about myself. He is doing good and he may deserve it. But why I do I feel like this? I have my own talent and I do get recognized sometimes. Please share your point of views on how not to be jealous in work area because sometimes it spoils my mood and make me not to give my best.

Another feeling that I am starting to have now is jealousy about Meredith. I am jealous because people get to see her and I am jealous that she gets to talk to other people, but not me ￼￼

Anger Issues

It seems all or most emotions have their usefulness. From the positive like happiness and joy even to the negative like sadness and anger. But there's one that doesn't seem to serve any purpose whatsoever....yet grips at my very existence. Jealousy is often alluded to as a very sour state ..with the sufferer often  touted and looked down upon..merely as a sad, miserable person who is just that way... But I feel this is not the case..it stems from something....maybe unrealised dreams or something the person feels they lack or should have, but was lost due to the actions and words of another, or merely life itself. Why is jealousy not treated as an emotional state...and rather as a trait which cannot be undone and one must simply suffer...and be secluded away from the rest of society...even though we all feel it sometimes.. 

Why does the mentor, who has such high hopes for themself and their young trainee turn sour and angry at their own failings and the success of the one they had such high hopes for....this is I and I'm not happy for it and turn myself away from society to deal with my own shortcomings but realise the more I am shunned away...the angrier I become...which may just be sadness and despair in disguise....

I just choose to share this rather than write in my journal as I normally would just for some sort of peace and perhaps perspective... if you've read this far ...and I appreciate your attentiveness if so...what do you think about jealousy ...and whatever value it has.. If any...as an emotion?

so ,i just want to tell that i am a person who is working hard for my goals but many tims i got jealous of other people that why are they ahead of me. sometimes i even jealous of my real brother. and i m feeling very down that how can i even jealous of my own brother. can anyone please suggest me how should i overcome from this jealousy and feel happy always of me and others. never jealous of anyone and no thinking so muh.
