Is it normal for a kid to take care of there sister and brother and clean all there mess's and clean the house all by you self from the age 9-to know 15?

I don't tell it as normal. But yes. I have seen due to circumstances some kids do that by taking whole responsibility on their shoulders. But I just don't support that because he/she is also a kid. It is their time to play and enjoy the life and lighten up the world with their innocent smile. No matter how many problems are there and how hard circumstances are parents have to let them have what ever they deserve as a kid.

Frustration

I don't know who needs to hear this but: I love you. I know i'm a stranger but i love you, and i'm so proud of how strong you are. Look at you, you're still here. you are so brave and smart and beautiful. You are an amazing human being. life may be hard and i'm not gonna tell you that it's beautiful cause it will get rougher but, know you won't go through it alone EVER. You will always have a friend, a family member, or someone who relates to you. you're never alone. and you will never forever be in pain. You might be broken now, but you will soon pick up the pieces and build something better and stronger.

And yes i failed again.  I feel really stupid. I want to achieve something that i genuinely want, I am the problem.
There is so much going on right now, my mind is in chaos. Sa dami kong iniisip hindi na ako nakakapag isip ng maayos sobrang grabeh na ang anxiety and overthinking ko. i think i need to consult to a psychiatrist I don't have anyone to tell my heavy feelings, so i hope you don't mind, of course.

3am Thoughts

Overthinking, anxiety, crying spells

Hi. My family dynamics are giving me anxiety and I have been having crying spells for days now... this happens every now n then with a small trigger. I'm 31. I'm very lonely as I feel no body in my family loves me enough, they have other priorities. While I'm not suicidal, the thoughts cross my mind often. I wanna break out of this vicious cycle.. but that would mean breaking ties with my family completely which would make it worse. But my family can be very toxic, my parents are not bad human beings, but external forces (relatives) have been manipulating them for years dragging them away from me. I also have PTSD from a major fight that went down when my brother was still in touch with us.. when he beat me up.

How do you get someone out of your head? I am pretty sure I am not in love with this person, but he's dwelling somewhere behind my mind...and all I want is for him to be out of my mind. or maybe I am just overthinking it...I don't know. 😖😖😖
