Is it is normal have a sucidical thought just for a second? Do I need to seek help from a psychologist or any one?

if it’s just for a second and you wouldn’t act on it and it scares you, I think that’s normal. If it’s more than a second or you would act on it or the thought doesn’t scare you, definitely seek help
I feel u dude. And feeling suicidal is not normal. I feel extremely suicidal at least two days a week. I’m ashamed to say that i even tried few dumb things to kill myself.
I can suggest that you talk to a friend. But i don’t think I’ll even get a friend to talk about this. So it’s a lame useless suggestion.
Best think that worked for me till now is writing suicide note. I burn it afterwards. It really helps to realise you don’t need to do it. And it shall pass with hope of one day finding happiness.
