In my 30+ years of life, I have observed these three golden rules and their reasons, about dating.
1. Never date someone of your age: Girls mature early/faster. Guys, well, we are idiots.
2. Never date someone from your school/college/office/building: You lose interest fast. Everyday you will see each other, and if it doesn’t end well, then awkwardness for everyone around you.
3. Never date someone who is known to someone in your family: Trust me, too many headaches. Relatives are pieces of shit.

Excluding exceptions and with due respect to all genders, ladies mature faster, in the sense, they are better capable of handling emotions since an early age. They have better intuition than us. Their “6th sense”, “gut feeling” are way more accurate than ours. Emotionally they are more capable than us.
What I mean to say is, in simple terms and all jokes aside, there is a reason why Ladies tend to live longer than us men. 😄
