One Sided Love

I confessed my feelings of affection to my work friend while he was away. The reaction was cordial and I was informed that he did not harbour the same feelings for me. I was clearly affected by this but tried to brush it under the carpet. I thought I'd get over it and it wouldn't make a difference in the long run. I still get butterflies in my stomach when he calls me and I still wait for him to text me. He is a very detached "friend" and never really has my back. I don't really know why I continue to talk to him. This sense of hope is disturbing! His words indicate that I am not his "type". At this point, I think it has become an issue of self-esteem. What should I be doing now? Should I move away? Should I block him? I feel like his friendship with me is just mechanism to boost his ego and feel better about himself. I am disturbed but I put up a brave and unaffected face in front of him.

Yar 🙂 it broke my heart. I got into a relationship few months back... My bf told me that he is scared to loose me. I was happy u know ..Thek ha? But today he told me about his traumatic past that people leave him so thats why he dont want me to go and how foolish i was i thought he is so in love with me🙂 ab ye koi na kahye ky he is! Sadly He is just traumatised. I m hurt. He dont want "me" and that fishing hurt.!

Me and my best friend are having feelings for the same guy... I know that she likes him, so I am trying my best to not feel anything for him, because I can't betray my best friend.he doesn't know have any idea about our feelings and consider both of us as just friends.I can't even share this thought, that I have started to feel for him, with anyone.

I am a 29 year old female. I was in love with someone 4 years back and he loved me too. It's just that our relationship didn't work out and he called it quits. I tried hard to convince him to fight for our love but he saw no point in it. I got married to someone else which was something I still think I did in a haste, and I can't stop thinking about "what if " I had given my past relationship a bit of more effort. 3am Thoughts

Recently I did something which I am feeling guilty about and I do not know how to process that guilt.
I have always believed in love more over physical intimacy. I am not someone who would go for hook ups or one night stands.
It had been two years since I have felt close to someone.
Recently I made a profile on a dating app. Matched with a guy, we talked for a few times before meeting. The meeting went fine. We went for drinks. And I was a bit tipsy.
Later he dropped me home. And asked if he can come over. Generally I would have said no to any guy but I don't know what happened that night I invited him over. Then we had few more drinks together at my place. 
Then one thing led to another and we ended up making out. After that night he said that he felt good with me but I don't know if it was my actual feelings that made me close to him or it was the alcohol or maybe the need of being close to someone. I did something like this for the first time in my life and feeling so guilty about it.

A month ago my ex brokeup with me. And today he unfollowed and unfriend me to all my social med accts. Im not okay, i dont know what to do. 

Breakup

they first ask you how you’re feeling, I’m the type of person to just write everything down I think it helps. I’m not much of a talker. And honestly I feel confused.. this man I love walked into my life at a time where I needed someone the most. He made me feels things I’ve never felt before. He ended up living with me for a month cause he got kicked out of his home and we grew closer we met at work and we started hanging out more I fell in love with him and he asked me out on October 15, 2020 continued to live together I was happy but then he moved back home with his family. I was upset things were hard he was my escape I got to spend everyday for a month living with him it was great. We were doing fine had some rough patches but then things got rocky and we had a fight and ended up breaking up in May 2021 we stayed connected friends but we weren’t only just friends there was more. We weren’t exactly dating but we weren’t just friends very confusing on my end we both had individual issues that needed to be solved and now we’re in a pause not sure what is going on. I miss him and will do anything for him but I feel like he doesn’t wanna be with me and we’re just wasting time. He’s my best friend. And I’ve grown to want to constantly be with him every since October.. I want him back so badly but he’s not sure what he wants I’m not a big priority of his but I still keep making him a priority of mine.. it’s difficult. I just want this mess to be over.. 

Overthinking

I just broke up with my bf... of 1.5 years after talking and everything, but we didn't meet since it was long distance...
i broke up because i think we cant be together in future and all this work to put in relationship is too much and i have been ignoring him already... this is hard for me and for him too, I'm feeling guilty but i have been planning to breakup from long .. he was patient throughout and never argued with me .... i just want someone to talk...since i hardly told ppl about him... i had to do it...
