I’m understakibg treatment for depression for 2 years, I feel bit bad that I’m unable to be mental health concious, I felt anxious on making the next big move joining a new job, but I’m afraid about the future job on whether I can sustain it or not, Majority of my depression came through workplaces, I was admitted long back coz I had suicidal thoughts & suicide attempt. But still I’m unable to value the life. Can you help me on what to do?

I feel the same anxiety for my job. I always have that feeling that I am not doing good enough. My skillset is not good enough for a good hike or even for changing the job. I feel like I’ll bevome stagnant or might just be kicked out.
I honestly don’t know how to tackle is, I would just recommend to take one day at a time. Don’t be too harsh on yourself. Distract yourself with things when you feel like you are over thinking. That’s what i do.
