I’m too worried about myself… I mean im too much skinny more than usual i guess… Im 154cm and my weight is 36kg. Everyone says my diet is normal and ok but still im unable to gain weight i tried my best, i tried eating in quality and quantity all still i can’t gain weight… I feel too uncomfortable about myself, I don’t even wear half sleeves so that nobody could see how skinny I am then yesterday i felt that I’m skinny not unhealthy and i wore half sleeves and good thing i was comfortable about that. Now i only want to know how to gain weight my goal is 43kgs. Anyone can tell me plss?? A vegetarian diet??!

I did all he says is eat more and eat quality food like egg and i suffered from TB also last year and lose a lot of weight. My mother is a single parent she says i don’t think u need to consult a doctor… I hope she will understand how i feel…

1. Weight gain shake.
( Banana+Milk+Oats+Peanut Butter+Almonds )
2. Calorie surplus diet.
( Don’t forget to include eggs in your diet )
3. Eat multiple times in a Day.
4. Weight lifting exercise.
5. Proper sleep.
6. Drink enough water.

Yeah you should. But calorie surplus is the most imp point here & weight lifting exercise too.
