I’m talking to a guy for a year. I like him. But he keep ghosting me every now n then . It’s like we talk only when he wants to talk .if I call him he just ignore me . He never admit that he ignore but I know. I also tried to ignore him but I was unable to ignore him. I just can’t he’s my only friend . I deactivated my insta and nobody noticed that😅. I thought maybe he will notice but no. I’m attached to him. And this feeling makes me feel helpless that how can my mood depend on a person. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know when I become this weak. When he calls ,it feels like acceptance that maybe someone genuinely wanna talk. But I know he only calls when he’s free. I don’t know what I’m writing.

Hey, you have made him so important in your life that you have out him on a pedestal by putting yourself below him. Just learn to love yourself first and such problems will never ever arise. Trust me I’m talking from experience

That’s what I’m saying, self love. You will love being alone and not being involved in things that keep taking a toll on your mind and heart all the time. SELF LOVE IS THE KEY. What you’re doing is not better than feeling lonely. I repeat it is NOT.

Start with being kind to your thoughts and emotions. Allow them to enter and go as they wish. (KEY)

Write a list of 50 things you like about yourself, like to do, achievements, etc.

Write 15 traits you want to be known for.

Meditate and Contemplate. The more you love everything around you without any exception, the more you’ll start loving yourself. This doesn’t mean only people, it can be nature, animals even your possessions.

Treat yourself as you would treat someone you care for. Exercise, keep a daily journal (write your thoughts), eat well, sleep well and pray.

Don’t be sorry dear. Here you are expressing your thoughts is a big thing. There are lots of people like you. Just look around. Don’t chase the person who keeps running from situations.
