I’m so tired. My Parents decided that they would ban me from my phone and I need to be asleep at 6pm everyday. I completely understand that it is for my own good. But, my phone time serves as a coping mechanism and reward system for me. It’s a reward for my productivity and hard work at school, also for me to forget the stress of school and all my worries. And, if i take that out, i don’t know how I’ll be able to survive school and my mental health. I don’t know what to do, and I’m scared to share this with my parents because they’ll only say that they know what’s best for me. But, how can they know when they never even tried to?
