Im sad, and have been sad the past couple weeks. I have a history of mental health problems, and have been sent to hospitals. I am losing friends quickly and dont know what to do. I am currently sitting in bed crying, unable to think or prevent my self from doing anything that I know for a fact I will regret later.

Calm yourself by eating some sweets or watch Anime like Naruto I totally recommend you that. And listen to songs it helps you ease your mind. I’m sorry I don’t know what your reason is but I hope you can get past to it. A person’s past doesn’t have to be an obstacle in making friends. Stay there! And just keep fighting! You are strong and pray to God. He will listen and he is always there. By the way I am the same age as yours.
