I’m really tired but I can’t go to bed or to sleep without flashbacks and nightmares. I’m so tired and stressed with school. Hope that tomorrow is a lot better than today, maybe I’ll even get some work done. Stay strong guys, good night

hey sweets,
i struggle a lot with flashbacks and nightmares. what i found helps is creating an image of the your “safe spot”. mine for example was a swing with the prettiest flowers at my feet. i used to go to sleep with counting how many times i went back/forward on the swing (like counting sheep)!
another one is lighting a candle and watching the flame, find a comforting scent that will also help. this is like an anchor. keeping you safe in the light.
i am glad you are keeping positive, i hope your days get better and better. you deserve the absolute best. you stay strong as well. you are kind.
