Iโm new here and this is a bit difficult to be honest, but the anonymity feels liberating. Iโm isolating in my room (day 5 of COVID) and Iโm feeling better but I canโt seem to do anything. Iโm afraid of feeling guilty later that I didnโt use this time to tidy up my room or (Iโm a teacher) prepare lesson plans for next week, which logically I should be able to do but I canโt seem to bring myself to do it. Any advice?
