Im just fed of diets and clean eating. I wonder when was the last time I had a subway burger.
Day starts with intermittent fasting and ends with depression.
Im skinny fat. Im not fat. 3 months back one of my professor told me “A fat girl”. And after that all I can do is fasting and clean eats. I can’t get it out of my head.

EXACTLY! Just eat whatever makes you feel good. And decide if you want to cut down for yourself. That is, if YOU want to. Still, keep eating double infront of that person. 😂😂

Bahaha ive been hearing that im a fat guy since 6 years. I work on myself bcoz i want to not cuz i hear things from others. Make ur mentality like tht too. U will enjoy the process
