im just a fucking kid
i always have so much pressure on me and i dont know what to fucking do anymore
nothing i ever do is ever good enough
i have to constantly wear my mask even at home do to severe facial dysmorphia
im always being pressured and guilt tripped into doing things that make me uncomfortable
im not satisfied with the scars that i already have but when i go to make more i go too fat, to the point where theres a pool of blood sitting on my stomach, and they still look fresh after bing 3 days old, yet im not satisfied, there arent enough cuts. i dont want more yet all i deserve are more of them
im just a fucking kid i shouldn’t have all of this happen to me
im told to be like a fucking adult yet treated like a child
yet even after that if i just want to goof around for a day and at my age, im fucking ueless and i get yelled for hours on end.
i just want it all to stop
i want to go home.
The first thing I want to tell you is to please-if you havent already- reach out to someone you can trust or talk to a therapist. These kinds of feelings and actions are serious and sometimes just typing them out on a screen for someone to comment some sympathy just isnt enough. But I understand how utterly terrifying it can be to talk to someone about these things, it’s one of the hardest conversations to have. But you are worth the time and effort to help make yourself feel better, and dont ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
It’s okay not to be okay, but its important to acknowledge that your not doing okay and take the steps needed to get better. I wish you the best of luck <3
