Won’t give fake hopes like others here.
It’s a war. Fought with a quality lifestyle. It won’t be easy with diabetes. Maintain a good diet, exercise and sleep well. My dad, who is 60+, has had diabetes from a young age. He is doing good though without medicine. I hope u stay strong and live long.
Don’t fall for scams saying they will cure it. Diabetes is as of now incurable.
