I’m having a traumatic breakdown recently. I feel so anxious sometimes I burst into tears but my facial expressions don’t show I’m crying but tears roll down like hell.
I feel like I’m out breath. My heart skips heartbeats and I feel like suffocating. I can’t convey what I feel to anyone. I don’t know if anyone can ever understand what I’m feeling but I still am writing this to feels a lil relieved.🥺 ^\^ . The song “ARCADE” the lyrics of this song feels so connected. “Now please carry me carry me carry me home, I spent all of the love I saved, we were always a loosing game.” It breaks but still gives a oddly satisfying feeling 🥺😭😔.
I want to love myself but I can’t it’s so traumatic. I got deadline from my father to score 90% in my boards coz I have always got more than that but got 77%in pre boards.
I am feeling so anxious 😔…

I think you should talk about it to your friends…its because you are taking too much stress…it’s okay to get worried but don’t let that thought eat you up and ruin your whole day…instead try channeling your energy towards you work
I know its simple to say but yeah you have to control your thoughts as you will stress yourself

I got 55 percent in boards
And 78% in boards
Preboard does’nt matter
Practice bas ko hote hai…
Tension lekr mat padhna
Mn se padho…jo hoga dekha jayega…ese stress lene se number badhte nii h…plus stress lene se insan kuch dhang se ni kar pata…kuch ni hoga…you will get good result…take care
